Founded by Votu Obada in honor of his late sister, who bravely battled sickle cell anemia 17 years ago, our foundation is committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Our Mission
At the Onome Omobolaji Obada Foundation, our mission is clear: to alleviate poverty and impact lives by providing access to essential healthcare services. We believe that every individual deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. Through our initiatives, we strive to empower communities and foster positive change.
Our Initiatives
Since our inception, we have worked tirelessly to fulfill our mission. Our foundation's inaugural medical outreach took place in December 2019 in Delta State, Nigeria. This transformative event, held at the Obada Farm House in Agbarho and the Agbarho General Hospital, aimed to reach out to the poor and less privileged who struggle to access affordable healthcare services.
Outreach Expansion
Building on the success of our initial outreach, we expanded our efforts with a second medical event. This time, we extended our services to a broader area, offering free dental procedures, eye surgeries, general surgeries, and more. To ensure inclusivity, we provided transportation for community members in need.

Chairman

Votu Obada is the esteemed Chairman of Onome Omobolaji Obada Foundation, bringing a wealth of expertise and a dynamic approach to leadership. As a self-motivated, driven, and hard-working individual, Votu excels in leveraging his strong interpersonal and analytical skills to advance the foundation’s mission. With a long-term goal of building a progressive career and contributing to organizations renowned for creativity and business excellence, he is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation.

His impressive managerial, financial, and IT skills have been honed through extensive work experience and rigorous academic training. His commitment to excellence and his visionary mindset make him an invaluable asset to the foundation, where he continues to drive impactful initiatives and inspire positive change.

Olamidotun .O. Votu-Obada
Vice Chairman

Olamidotun is a successful entrepreneur, a bestselling children’s author and a prolific speaker.

A Business Economist by training, with years of experience as a Management Consultant, she is an alumnus of the University of Warwick and the University of Reading both in the United Kingdom – Bsc Business Economics and a Master’s in international financial economics. She also holds a Diploma in Immigration Consultancy, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and is highly conversant in immigration consultancy across other global regions. As a Senior Executive with over 15 years experience under her belt, sitting on the board of corporates and Not-For Profit Organisations in Africa and North America. Olamidotun sees her accomplishments as an opportunity to leverage her expertise, knowledge base and capacity.

With over 15 years of diverse professional experience spanning the skincare, hospitality, and banking industries, Omolade Olatawura is a dynamic and results-oriented leader passionate about driving sales and fostering sustainable growth. As the Managing Director of the Onome Omobolaji Obada Foundation, Omolade brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic vision that propels the foundation towards its mission of creating lasting positive impact in the community.
