July 2025 Free Medical Outreach

OOOF 2025 Free Medical  Outreach: Transforming Lives in Lagos

Bridging the Healthcare Gap in Nigeria

In a country where over 60% of Nigerians lack access to affordable healthcare, the Onome Omobolaji Obada Foundation (OOOF) continues to stand as a beacon of hope. From July 20th – 26th, 2025, we held our Free Medical Outreach in Lagos State, providing life-changing medical interventions to thousands of underserved residents.

This year’s outreach, hosted at Soteria Hospital, Omole Phase 1, Lagos, brought together a dedicated team of local and international medical professionals, volunteers, and partners to deliver free consultations, medications, surgeries, and health education.

The week-long outreach achieved significant impact through a wide range of health services and interventions. Thousands of individuals received medical consultations, laboratory tests, dental procedures, and eye care, including surgeries and eyeglasses. The initiative also provided pharmacy support with free medications and performed various general surgeries. Additionally, health education and promotion activities reached many participants. Overall, the outreach served almost 3,000 patients, delivering numerous interventions, and contributing to saving or positively transforming many lives.

This life-changing medical outreach would not have been possible without the support of partners like ProHealth International.

Together, we showed that collaboration can rewrite the healthcare story in Nigeria.

The 2025 Free Medical Outreach is just the beginning. OOOF is committed to:

  • Expanding outreach programs across Nigeria.
  • Providing follow-up care for patients with chronic conditions.
  • Strengthening healthcare education and awareness in underserved communities.
